Photography Services
Realestate Photos- $100
First Time Customers- $75

Baseline, general aerial shots, completed and sent to you in one day. You will get between 20 and 25 photos.
Progression Time Laps Video
$350
We create Time Laps Videos for customer’s whom are creating/building new projects. Allowing the insight from start to finish, rather that be on a new home/business build or maybe even a remodel of a home (this feature is prefect for a real estate agent or landlord trying to sell/rent a home). This is NOT strictly aerial video/phots as ground shots are also captured.
Logo Creation
$100
The base price of $100 will cover most all logos. Depending on the detail, some logos may have an increased price, customer will be given an estimate before hand. Customers will be given a sample of the logo once created, to allow them to communicate changes as they see fit to ensure each customer receives their ideal Logo.
Bundle
You can bundle any service together and save big, Like our Virtual tours with photos and areial photos. Bundleing all of these together would save you lots of money rather than hiring several people to do them all.
3D Virtual Tour Creation
Base Price- $300 for up to 2000 square feet
Additional Pricing- $0.15 per square foot over 2000 square feet base price is met.
We start with the base price for Virtual creation and once that is met we add $0.15 per square foot. So if you know your square footage you can easily figure your pricing.
Payment is not due until the sale of the property.
Website Design
Hourly- $30 per Hour
We have a minimum starting price of $500. Depending on the Complexity of the site the price will increase based on the hourly rate. You will receive 1 or 2 simple pages as well as domain registration as part of this $500 price point. Please note there is a MANDATORY NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the $500 REQUIRED upfront. This ensures full payment will be completed once the site has been finalized, and the customer’s wants for their website are fulfilled. Customers will be able to view their website in demo format to allow them to communicate with us what changes they would like made before the site is made Live. Full balance MUST be paid before site will be available for use.
Marketing
The price for this service cannot be given simply in one price. We base our prices as follows: We charge 20% on top of what your marketing budget is. This is our fee for setting up the ads as well as running them for you. Some ads require more attention so on rare occasions we may ask for more than 20%. We are able to place your marketing ads on Social Media platforms along with Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Each platform has different price points with different brackets, this Is why the Prices are not able to be set identically across the board. We will give you a more accurate quote once the customer decides what they want ran and where.
